The service and accounts

AutoActa is an app by Hommia, [FILL: legal name], for creating site meeting reports, generating PDFs and sending them by email.

You need an account to use it. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. Contact: autoacta@hommia.es.

Free and Pro plans

The Free plan includes 1 active project, 3 reports per month, 15 recording minutes per month and 3 report emails per month.

The Pro plan costs 10 € per month and includes unlimited projects, reports and report emails.

Payment and subscription management happen through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply. [FILL: cancellation and refund policy].

Acceptable use

You may not use AutoActa for illegal purposes, to send unsolicited email, or to try to access other users’ data or harm the service.

Your content

The projects, reports, images, recordings and signatures you create belong to you. You give us the permission we need to store, process and send them as you instruct, only to provide you the service.

You are responsible for having the right to use the content you upload and to send it to your recipients.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service as is and make reasonable efforts to keep it working, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. Always check your reports before you send them. Automatic transcription can contain errors.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to [FILL: liability cap]. This does not affect the rights that the law gives to consumers.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in advance. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction
